This generator is powered by a Honda's 6.5 HP, single cylinder, overhead valve, air cooled, providing torque and fuel efficiency with an electronic ignition. The engine is protected by the Oil Alert ® system that helps prevent damage to the engine from lack of oil. This unit is also equipped with the CycloConverter™ technology that makes this unit dramatically lighter than models with the AVR (automatic voltage regulator), but offers the same benefits as AVR models to regulate the constant flow of power. The CycloConverter™ technology offers the best "pound per watt" ratio available anywhere. This unit is also available for use on OSHA regulated construction sites offered by the G.F.C.I. (ground fault circuit protection). It also comes with USDA qualified spark arrestor/muffler to help prevent fires. The fuel tank is 2.7 gallons and you can expect a run time of 6 hours at full power and 9.3 hours at 50% power. This unit has a full tubing frame for protection and easy transport.
